IT Support Manager

I started Bridge Partners in October 2022 as a Service Desk Engineer and have since progressed to Senior Service Desk Engineer to IT Support Manager. Service Desk Engineer

I am working towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship in ICT Support, studying one day a week at Cambridge Regional College. When at Bridge Partners, I work as a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer. I am really enjoying this role, as it allows me to learn about a wide variety of issues and requests that fit under the umbrella of IT support.

Bridge have been helpful in providing me with opportunities to further my knowledge and learn about different technical aspects. This ties in well with my college learning.

Bridge is assisting me in my professional development by maintaining an open communication with my college, to ensure that I am on track to complete my apprenticeship. I've also had discussions about my career post-apprenticeships, and other roles within the company I'd like to explore.

The inter-departmental collaboration at Bridge has been rewarding to be a part of, as this allows each department to aid and learn from one another.

I'd recommend working here, as everyone is so supportive and approachable.
