Service Desk Manager

Stuart manages the service desk team, which responds to clients’ emails and phone calls requesting help and support. In addition, he also works as account manager to some of Bridge Partners’ clients. With Service Desk Institute training, Stuart ensures customers receive the best possible support; he monitors the service, follows up on feedback and gets to know clients’ businesses so he and the team can provide bespoke support.

Stuart is a keen cyclist, taking part in charity bike rides and other events such as the Tour of Cambridgeshire, and enjoys wildlife and photography.
