Bridge Partners was founded in 2001 by its joint managing directors, Daniel Kleeman MEng, MBA and Andrew Glover BSc, MBCS to provide practical, hands-on ICT support to start-up companies and SMEs.They were clear that the business needs of each client should dictate the technology and systems employed, rather than, as is often the case, having business methodology defined by the strengths and weaknesses of the equipment.
The founders have differing areas of expertise, with many years of experience in technology and management consultancy businesses.They have also been involved in running start-up businesses and mediumsized firms, so they understand the pressures, pace and ICT requirements of such organisations.
Daniel Kleeman is responsible for the technical delivery of Bridge Partners’ service and leads a number of the strategic engagements. Andrew Glover is responsible for the operational, financial and business development functions of the company.
Since it was founded, the business has grown organically and now employs a team of highly experienced ICT support managers who, between them, have many years of experience and a broad range of skills covering all aspects of ICT.
The Bridge Partners Help Desk is staffed by the same support managers and is available to assist clients Monday to Friday during business hours.
