BrainJuicer gather market research for high profile international clients using innovative online surveys. Bridge Partners project managed the creation of a new software tool to build these surveys. We created and maintained all project documentation throughout the process.
The project team consisting of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Developers and Testers were identified and recruited. All tasks were identified coordinated to ensure work is completed in an efficient manner. Throughout the process progress and financial the reports were prepared for the Board and strategic advice was provided.
